QC Commercial has recently implemented a Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) program used to analyze each project for safety. Job site inspections are performed at the beginning of each project and periodically throughout the project. Results of the inspections are shared with the crew assigned to work on the project and any safety hazards that exist are reviewed and resolved prior to commencing work. If the hazard cannot be resolved, a corrective action is generated and issued to the appropriate party.

JHA results are posted to this web site. In order to keep the general contractors and owners' projects confidential, JHA results are listed by project number. Anyone visiting the site can view any of the reports but will not know which job or GC the report references.

The project number corresponds to the number of the quote that QCC submitted to your company prior to being awarded the project.
