Although QC Commercial performs more than 90 percent of contracted work using its own work force, in some cases the company uses other subcontractors to complete projects. Trades most often sub-contracted are concrete floor preparation, vinyl wall covering, joint sealants and waterproofing.

Subcontractors are carefully screened prior to entering into an agreement with QCC. QCC typically uses the same subcontractors repeatedly to ensure that each and every project runs smoothly, safely, timely, and without incident.

The following Pre-Qualification Form is used as a first step in qualifying subcontractors in the event the sub has not previously contracted with QC Commercial.
