QC Commercial is a company committed to pleasing God. Regardless of QCC's financial success or failure, the ownership believes that if Jesus Christ is not glorified in the company's daily operations, then the company has missed its mark. This attitude is reflected in the way QCC treats its customers, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, competitors, and fellow employees.

QC Commercial was founded in August of 2002 as Quote & Coat Painting.  That year the company reported gross receipts of $22,000.  Since then, QCC has shown steady growth each year and reported just under $500,000 in gross receipts this past year. The future looks bright for QCC as the company should show annual sales exceeding $1M by Y2010.

QCC services the commercial and industrial market exclusively. Types of projects pursued by the company include new or renovated hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, college and universities, retail upfits, shopping centers, fitness centers, and office buildings. QCC typically contracts with General Contractors, Owners, and CM at Risk firms.

The company's largest contract to date exceeds $350,000 and prefers projects with a minimum contract value of $20,000. QCC has partnered with several GCs and does perform work on smaller projects for existing customers or companies that have the potential of becoming repeat customers.

QCC is fully insured and implements a comprehensive company policy and safety program. The company is pre-approved for a $200,000 Payment & Performance Bond on any one project and up to $500,000 in total concurrent projects. Larger bonding amounts can be obtained on a case by case basis.
